Massachusetts dealer license plates have no rust, but they have been used, so they do have age & use wear, including: slight bends and/or creases, scuffs & scratches, chipped paint and discoloration (zoom or enlarge any of the photos for a closer look). The 6" wide x 12" long reflective, embossed aluminum plates are marked: DLR  127 H  MASSACHUSETTS 76
(the '6' on the plate has been painted to make it appear to be an '8'...see last photo)
, and DLR  127 H  MASSACHUSETTS 77 (as seen in the photos, the letter & number placement shifted from the center on the 1976 plate to the right edge on the 1977 plate). USPS retail ground shipping in a clasp envelope with rigid cardboard will be .00 in the U.S.
