Up for sale is this old pair of handcuffs from The Peerless Handcuff Company. These are "CHP" California Highway Patrol issue heavy duty steel cuffs. Comes with one key. Serial # is 789624. They are used and do have some small light scratches etc. They also have the original owners initials scratched in them. They are in good working order.
