This beautiful carnival glass nappy was made by Dugan.  Windflower is a well-balanced design featuring a wreath of flowers and a geometric border.  Rich, golden coloring enhances the beauty of the iridescence.

This nappy is in very good condition with no cracks or repairs.  There are two tiny surface chips on the bottom rim (see photo 6, chips are at 7 and 9 o'clock).  As you can see from the other photos, the chips are not noticeable when viewing the nappy unless you turn it upside down or are intentionally looking hard to find them.
As is common to glass of this era, there
may be
certain internal and external flaws and imperfections inherent to the production process.  Please view photos carefully to determine if they are acceptable to you.
Approximate dimensions:  Length at handle 7 1/2 in. x width 6 1/4 in. x H 3 1/4 in. with a base diameter of 3 1/4 in.
