    Description

    Tower Handcuffs with Key. The key currently is frozen in the key slot. That is how they were when they were purchased. I tried some WD40 but to no avail. I am sure somebody our there knows how to get this key out. Stamped US on both sides. No other stamping is eligible. This looks like the Tower set that was pat'd in 1882 -1866. This is a rare set of cuffs.
