Here is a genuine hand made Sample license plate submitted to the RMV for design of the Cape Cod & Islands plate. It has cranberries on it and was among the top submissions to be graded for design but lost in the final commission voting. This was made by an artist and submitted but rejected. A true history piece of the designing of the cape Cod & Isalnd plates.
