    Description

Hello up for sale is my newest classification NWA 13788, classified as a Lunar Impact Melt Breccia!! This meteorite was found in December, 2020 near Ouargla Algeria, its a rather large find with many dark stones on the surface and light colored stones buried in the sand. This gorgeous slice weighs 27.847 grams, has a extra fine polish on one side with lots of impacting material inclusions and metal flakes, extreme dark martix and highly dark melted look very unique for Lunar. The impact melt texture of the sample would suggest that it was melted by impacts while either on the surface of the moon, or was excavated from the near-surface. The area it came from had to have been impacted at least twice; once to cause the melting, and a second time to launch it out of orbit. This lunar meteorite appears to have sampled near-surficial material from the moon with contribution from exogenous impactor material.
VERY RARE 1 OF 5 EVER APPROVED!!!
