Instructions:
To open turn key clockwise until fully removed and loose. Remove bar from lock housing. To lock, simply put the leg bar shackle back into place, then re-insert key and keep turning counter clockwise until tight. John Wayne Style!!!
Note: openings for these leg irons measure approximately 3 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches in depth. Will NOT fit larger ankles/legs. And no silly, the bicycle is not included ;) but it’s nearly as long as a full size bike! Measures over 50 inches in total length when stretch end to end!!!
