Micro Metal Flakes
can
be mixed with any type of clear (solvent or waterborn), resins (epoxy, polyester) plastics (pvc plastisol) and plastidip. These amazing particles will add shine, sparkle and color shift effect to your project and make it really custom and standalone.
Metal flake sizes:
1/360=.003"=0.07mm=70micron;
1/254=.004"=0.1mm=100micron;
1/128=.008"=0.2mm=200micron;
1/64=.016"=0.4mm=400micron;
Nozzle size must be as minimum 3-4 times bigger than metal flake size.
Colorshift NEON Metal Flakes
works like candy pearl pigments, they tint clear with own NEON color and allow to get NEON paint with sparkle colorshift effect. White or silver metallic base is required. Recommended ratio 1%-10%. Clear top coat with UV filters also recommended for durability.

To prepare solvent or waterbase paint add 1-5% of clear weight.
For resins casting, candles, soaps, plastisol inks & screen printing inks and lures add 4-10% of clear resin weight.
