    Rare steel handcuffs, made in the 30s or 40s. Fully working. Have been cleaned. The handcuffs in the last photo belonged to the NKVD (exhibited as an example of what the key should be). The handcuffs are branded FO financial department. Most likely they belonged to the service of the Collector
    who transported the money.
