    Dugan LEAF RAYS Marigold Carnival Glass Handled Nappy 5828. The size is approximately 6 1/4” long by 5" wide by 2 1/2” high at the handle. There are no chips, cracks, or scratches and the iridescent coating is in excellent condition. This piece dates to the 1930s. Condition is Used.
