    Dugan Carnival Wishbone & Spades "Electric" Black Amethyst 6 1/2" Plate
    Presenting here at this evening's final auction, a fantastic Dugan carnival glass, wishbone & spades "electric" black amethyst 6 1/2" plate in excellent condition. No chips or cracks. The knockout little plate has the Dugan basket weave pattern on the backside. The glass color on the backside looks black. Even held up to a strong light source, the plate looks like a dark oxblood color. 3/4 of the plate from the center outwards, is nothing but solid electric blue and purple iridescence. A Stunning 1/2" rim border of blue green to lime green, to yellow to hot pink iridescence, surrounds the little plate. The plate Has sharp pattern detail as well. An outstanding example of Dugan purple carnival glass. Would make a worthy addition to any collection, especially small plates.
