Daughter of Locksley Gown

Description

Some want to be children of lords and ladies, others of knights. It's the brave soul that wants to be the daughter of a rogue. This simple, one layer dress was inspired by the many renditions of Robin Hood.
The dress is made in a fitted medieval kirtle fashion. Though it would still look lovely at any other occasion. The neckline is wide with an eloquent swoop. At the wrists are small openings to allow for a close fitted yet comfortable sleeve. The emerald green of the dress is made with satin silk and the chocolate brown sections are made with satin. There is a silky trim around the hem of the skirt to match each panel. All seams have been finished off or otherwise enclosed for maximum durability and longevity.
The dress may fit those that are smaller but will not fit a child very much larger than the given measurements.
Measurements: approximately for the ages 4 to 5 years old
