Bobble is OVER 4" Tall.  SIGNED ON THE BOTTOM IN MARKER … DAVID … (not guaranteeing it was signed by David Price).  I bought it this way at a garage sale about two years ago.  Didn't notice it was even signed.  I have a special client who collects bobble heads.  It has been in storage for the last 6 years.
