Research shows this inverted fan & feather pattern was a Northwood Glass product in c.1901 until about c.1904 when it was made by Dugan Glass. We are not glass experts so purchase based on your expertise.
This awesome example is clear glass with opalescent edging that is wide and beautiful. The G. Sommers Catalog from 1901 shows this design as a "High Footed
Receiver - Richly embossed with pointed edges...
from "our oriental assortment, novelties in fancy shape colored glass".
Pre-owned piece in "as-made" condition with no damage, cracks, chips, or problems that we can see. Any imperfections are a matter of the production process 120 years ago.
