60’s 1/32 1/24 Revell Gran Turismo Model Slot Car Home Set Raceway – Fine

Copyright 1965 -- 55 years old – Set #U-3000.  Everybody’s favorite starter set.   in 1965 -- which is about a million dollars today. Strong box with no split corners. Friction wear on box top but otherwise fine condition with the original paper inserts to hold the track and cars – rare, usually quickly discarded.  Has the original red Ferrari GTO and white Corvette Stingray – just like on the boxtop! Cars appear in good condition with correct fixed length “set” chassis, nice wire wheels. Corvette has bumperettes.  Ferrari has headlamp covers.  Correct original decals.  6 straights (including terminal), 8 curves with track aprons and guard rails to expand the width of the track to accommodate larger cars including 1/24 scale.  Smoothest, nicest slot car track this side of Monogram. Has 2 original controllers and powerpack. Original manual and warranty card – someone has written “New Games” on the manual.  Untested, except for the powerpack which “hums” to life.  Very nice, very presentable, correct set with nice original cars. Later, rarer, box top for the Gran Turismo set.  Big and Heavy.  Buyer to pay .00 for shipping in the US or pick it up in SoCal for free.  Happy to insure or ship abroad but it costs a little more, please inquire.  I accept credit cards via PayPal - also cash payments in USD or Euros.
