    6.73g Part Slice Of Kainsaz Witnessed Fall Carbonaceous Chondrite Meteorite.
    Here's an interesting one for the witnessed fall and carbonaceous chondrite connoisseur!
    Kainsaz fell in the Tartarstan Republic of Russia on September 13th, 1937. It is the only witnessed fall classified as a CO3.2 - 1 one of only 13 meteorites with that classification. Kainsaz has been the subject of a lot of research and I believe it will continue to be the focus of future study.
    This 6.73g part slice has great provenance and has been expertly prepared. Polished on one side, left unpolished on the back side.
